Life Happened: A Recap of the Past Months and What's Ahead

I hope you all have been doing well. It's been a while since my last blog post – about two whole months! I know, I know, I've been MIA, but I promise there's a good reason for it. Life happened!

You see, I've been taking on additional responsibilities as part of the PTO at my kid's school. The school's music committee needed my help, and I couldn't say no. It was a lot of work, but seeing the students' performances and their love for music made it all worth it.

But that wasn't all. My older son had his prom and graduated from high school. It was an emotional rollercoaster, but I couldn't be prouder of him. We celebrated his amazing achievements and cherished these special moments as a family.  I just can't believe his K-12 years are over with.  The days were long and the years were fast.  Now onward to college!

Then, we had a string of celebrations – Father's Day, birthdays, and our wedding anniversary celebration! And guess what? We decided to celebrate all the milestones in style by going on an amazing vacation to Hawaii. It was like a dream come true!

Now, here we are in July, and the excitement continues. There are so many things happening, but the one that has me buzzing with nervousness and excitement is preparing for my very first booth at an art festival! Can you believe it? I will finally have the opportunity to showcase my art in a public setting. It's both thrilling and intimidating, but I am determined to make it a success.

I want to take you all along this journey with me – from preparing the booth and selecting which pieces to display, to interacting with visitors and hearing their feedback. I'll be sharing the ups and downs, the moments of inspiration, and the lessons learned along the way.

I'm so grateful to have all of you as my supportive community, and I can't wait to bring you along on this exciting adventure. Stay tuned for updates on the art festival, and let's make the most of this wonderful opportunity together!
